    • Julia was baptized on 24 June, 1871, in Knockduff in Cullen Parish,
      Union of Millstreet, Barony of Duhallow, County Cork, IRE. Witnesses at
      the baptism were Cornelius Sheehan and Julia McAuliffe.

      The 1900 census lists Julia as coming to the U.S. in 1876, when she was
      5, and having lived in the U.S. for 23 years. The rest of her family
      can be found in the 1900 census living at 604 Swan Street, in Buffalo.
      In the 1920 census, Julia is listed as a dressmaker. Julia died of
      breast cancer which had spread. She died on her birthday. (Her husband,
      Richard, also died on his birthday).
