Sep 10 1836 [Married] HUGHES & BARCLAY. In the Cathedral, on the 9th inst., by the Rev. Charles Seymour, Mr. John Hughes, of this City, to Mary, eldest daughter of Mr. William Barclay, of Aughlarn, near Castlederg [Co. Tyrone]
May 2 1846 [Died] On Friday, at her residence in William Street, Mrs. Mary Mackey, aged 112 - the oldest of her sex in Limerick. This venerable matron was born, in St. Anne's parish, Dublin, and has been 75 years residing in this City. Her maiden name was Hughes, and she came here from Cork. Mrs Mackey was principal of the oldest postchaise and stagecoach establishment in Limerick
