Patrick Street Graveyard is the oldest burial ground in the town of Strabane and is situated on the corner of Patrick & Church Streets.
The oldest memorial with a legible inscription commemorates George Home who died in 1672.

The old Camus-Juxta-Mourne Church in Patrick Street.
Built in the 1600s on the site of what had been a Franciscan monastery burned in 1583 by Hugh O’Donnell.
This church was replaced by the present church which was consecrated by Bishop Alexander in 1879 on a site which he had donated.
Christ Church (Camus-juxta-Mourne) can be seen beyond the wall of the graveyard
