CLOSING OF THE BURIAL GROUND AT DONAGHEADY

PUBLIC HEALTH

RURAL DISTRICT OF STRABANE

Whereas in Pursuance of the provisions of section 162 of the Public Health (Ireland) Act, 1878, a representation has been made to the Ministry of Home Affairs for Northern Ireland that, for the maintenance of public decency and to prevent a violation of the respect due to the remains of deceased persons, burials should be discontinued in the Burial Ground at Donemana in the Rural District of Strabane………..
