On his lands in the neighbourhood of Clogher and Augher, purchased of Edward Kingsmill, May 10, 1616

Herbert Maxwell, on June 1st, 1616 for a term of 21 years, the Ballyboes called Mullaghvany, Proluske, and two-thirds of the townland of Killany.

David Barkley, Esq, - On Nov 1st 1620; for a term of 19 years, three Ballyboes

Robert Murdogh; on May 1st, 1620; for a term of 5 years; one Ballyboe

Between the years 1617 and 1627, Sir William set lands to the following tenants, for terms from 7 to 19 years
