On his lands in the neighbourhood of Clogher and Augher, purchased of Edward Kingsmill, May 10, 1616Herbert Maxwell, on June 1st, 1616 for a term of 21 years, the Ballyboes called Mullaghvany, Proluske, and two-thirds of the townland of Killany.

Robert Murdogh; on May 1st, 1620; for a term of 5 years; one Ballyboe
