The Assistant Barrister has issued a peremptory order that the Process Servers shall reside in the Market Town for which they have been appointed, that they shall indorse all Processes served by them , as well as the Original as all Copies thereof, with their names legibly written or stamped thereon; and that they shall attend from Two to Four o’clock at the Court-house, on the day before each Sessions, and report their attendance to the Court-house Keeper of each Sessions town.
