Jul 29 1823 MR. WILLIAM BARNES, farmer, of this neighbourhood [Londonderry], went out to bathe at Linsfort, Buncrana, on Saturday evening. Having unfortunately ventured too far into the water, and not being an expert swimmer, the strength of the current forced him off his feet, and he sank to rise no more. A relation of his, who was bathing at the same time, made every effort to save him, but in vain. He was about 30 years of age, was a most respectable character, and has left a wife, but happily no children to lament his loss
Jan 2 1830 O’FLAGHERTY. At Fahan on Friday the 1st inst., in the 40th year of his age, the Rev. Francis O’Flagherty, Catholic Pastor, in the united Parishes of Fahan and Desertegney

Mar 24 1863 HENDERSON. On Saturday, 21st March, at Linsfort, Catherine Dunn, only child of Mr. Robert Henderson, of this City [Londonderry]. Her remains will be removed from Linsfort, for interment in the Cemetery, on Tuesday, this morning, at nine o'clock
May 15 1866 TAYLOR. May 9, at Linsfort, near Buncrana, the residence of her son, Mr. John Taylor, Jane, relict of the late Mr. Thomas Taylor, of Sharon, near Newtowncunningham, aged 85 years

Upper Leeson-street, Dublin, after a short illness, in the 24th year of his age, Alexander, the only son of John Miller, of Linsfort House, Buncrana, J.P., Esq. [His remains will be removed from Linsfort House at 10 a.m. on tomorrow (Wednesday) morning, for interment in Linsfort Church-yard (Londonderry Sentinel)
