I MARTHA NISBITT of Cloghogall in the County of Tyrone Spinster being of sound and fearing the approach of death do make and publish this as my last Will & Testament this third day of March Eighteen hundred and twenty five. I give and bequeath all my property of every kind so ever to my brother the Reverend RICHARD NESBITT and to my sister SUSAN NESBITT to be divided in equal parts between them.
